Nice ! Candid !! My face is sweating like hell !! Today was A fun day .. Was the ferz time i had my tryathlon !! Eventually .. The weather was no good.. Woke up at 4.30 and getting ready to leave house by 5.30 am becasue there will be 4000 participant and i scared there will be no more space for me .. Went there and i'am the secpnd to arrrive .. Hmm .. Then eat breakfast after parking my bike at the bike area .. Waited till the rain stop .. The event starts at around 9am for my Intermediate.. Butterfly is in my stoamach ...Then saw Diana all .. Gather the Kent Ridegean and we were all wishing good luck .. Venessa is scared with the jellyfish ! ehhee .. Funny lar you .. Then Its our turn to start the event .. Went to the starting point and "Bang!" We start the race . First we will be doing a 200m swim,(4min41secs) followed by 8km Bike(15mins21secs) then last and not least the 2km run(9mins10secs) Altogther is i took to complete the race is 29mins23secs !! Fourth position in my catogory !! First time trying the tryathlon and get fourth .. It seems that all my hard training is not a watse .. (P.S I Love You) Singning off (;weii Martin Returns!)
